Jones-Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract top talent to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles within the company.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Manage job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms.
Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview and selection process.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of hiring practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
